Did not follow discussions on 7245 kHz station very close. But 2 Aug had weak to fair signals from them
ending news in French 2008 into congolese-like music and talk in French ment. Congo Rwanda Angola ao, poss. 
news commentary. No ID. There low-level only on 3 Aug.  WHATS?

Arcangel good on 15475.6 kHz same time.

ID 'Radiodifusion nationale du Mali' and fine signals on 5995.0 3 Aug at 2345 parallel with 4782.9 kHz

No good for LA yesterday ard 2345 exc 6025 and 6034.9 kHz
