What´s going on on 9900?

** YEMEN. Radio Aden in Arabic (not Radio Cairo/Voice of Arabs) again
noted on July 23: 0900-1100 on 9900.0 (SINPO 34543). No parallel
freq. 73 from (Ivo and Anguel, Observer, Bulgaria via DXLD) [Cf DXLD
00-94]

When I recently tried 9900 kcs at 0900-1100 UTC I found Voice of Arabs 
program (// 11980) from Egypt :-(

Would really be nice to have Aden back on shortwave, so I will try again. May 
be others can join.
