[HCDX] Radio Thailand in English

Dear All,

Does anyone know the latest schedule for Radio Thailand transmissions 
in English?  Last night I listened from 1215 - 1445 on 7115kHz and 
all programming was in English.  Again this morning I checked at 0050 
and they were on in English.  This frequency used to be primarily 
Thai language.  Very good signal from here in Sri Lanka.

I've written to them three times without reply with reception reports 
to the address given in 'passport'.  Has anyone had any success in 
getting a QSL out of them?
