[HCDX] Mysterious FM-stations

On 13th July 2000 I heard several FM stations from the UK, Holland, Germany, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary and Russia. Those stations were heard between 08.40-09.45 UTC in Northern Finland.

I have two questions. I hope some one would know something about these stations, please.

On 101,1 MHz I heardzech station with ID "Radio Kiss FM". Is this Radio Kiss Morava ? What is the postal address for Radio Kiss Morava ? I could not found it from their www-page.

On 88,2 MHz I heard a Romanian private station with commercials at 08.52-09.00 UTC. The station announced jingle "Eldocan FM" or something like that. Does anyone know what is this Romanian mysterious station ? What is the postal address ?
