[HCDX] Radio Frontier-any info?

Hello,

I was in Western Romania recently and I heard a station called "Radio 
Frontier" (spelling may be incorrect) on 96.40 MHz. Does anyone know 
anything about this station? The RDS came up with "R. Prompt, Romania". This 
is all a bit of a mystery! The station never formally identified itslef, 
gave no addresses and didn't have any news. it mostly played rock and pop 
classics.

Any help gladly received!
