[HCDX]: Noise on 920 / 940 kHz

I think I found the source of the noise that sounded like code on 920 &
940. Tonight I have been getting the same thing but at LSS. The source:
KYAK-930-Yakima. Their modulation of the Rel pgm seems to putting out
strong blips on both 920 and 940. It seems to go hand and hand with the
modulation.
