[HCDX]: 4826,4 ??

Could listen to the station on June 23rd from 00.20 UTC till 02.59 UTC in 
Quechua and Spanish. But all the time not one ID "La Voz de Canchis" or 
"Radio Sicuani". At the end of the transmission, just before a short 
"rosario" and the Peruvian national anthem (sung by woman), I could clearly 
understand: "Buenas noches Cusco". Did anybody else catch signals of that 
station during the same time and could understand an ID?? Or any other ideas??
The previous and the following night no signals of that station audible.
