This is an easy catch in Finland on 990 kHz.
I heard this Russian army radio last winter several times.  
This is their only own tx.
I have sent them several reports without any QSL.  As far
as I know this stn is completely black and does not QSL to
anyone?  That is why possible schedules etc. are unknown.
