[HCDX]: MORSE CODE-920 & 940

It is back again  tonight and after 0700 UTC (0300 EDT), weaker tonight
because cx are terrible. With all the sunspot activity cx are mostly GW
tonight. Not a peep out of KCJJ-1630. I did hear a bit of WOAI for a
while. Plus we corrently have a Winter type storm outside with gusts of
50 MPH and have had over an inch of rain in the past 6 hours, temps in
the mid 50s. Very unusual for this time of year.
