[HCDX]: Shortwave logs from Silvi

Unidentified,  15515, Unknown, 1727 signon - 1824 signoff, Unsure of language 
but one date mentioned what sounded like "Instanbul" a few times in a two 
minute time span but V of Turkey not listed at this time.  Any help / ideas 
on this one ???  Interval signal at 1727 similar to a string instrument 
combined with possibly a piano-like instrument?  Frequency announcements at 
the beginning and end were in kilohertz and meter band.  (Silvi, May 31)

Thailand,  15395, Radio Thailand,  0030-0100 English to USA coming in fair to 
Northeast Ohio - fading near the end of the English program.  (Silvi, June 1)

Slovakia, 11600, Adventist World Radio, 0130-0200 English and 0200-0229 
Punjabi broadcast good into Northeast Ohio.  (Silvi, May 31 & June 1)

Rwanda,  15135, Deutsche Welle,  English to Africa from tunein at 2105 - 2145 
signoff.  (Silvi, May 28)

United Kingdom?, 9795, Wales Radio International,  Weekly English broadcast 
from 0200-0229 on UTC Saturdays.  (Silvi, May 27)
