languages, targets, transmitter sites, relay sites, transmitter
countries, and broadcast days. A Special Article ahout the unusual
nature of Solar Cycle #23, by Sydney-based HF propagation expert Robert
Jones, is included.

Both publications are non-commercial and the price covers costs of
printing, mailing, promotion, and editorial research.
