 Canada (Halifax), 6130, CHNX, full data letter with a copy of a "1939 QSL 
Card" printed on it and xmtr/antenna info, "50 watts", with letter, v/s 
Scott Snailham Production Assistant/Evening Producer, in 1 month, for, $1. 
Mr Snailham said he is a SWL and that the station had been without a CE for 
awhile, (Wayne Harvey left August 99). He said " ...out of respect of the 
shortwave listeners, I have decided to take initiative and to respond to any 
DX'ers that request QSLs".
 He is "amazed at the reports" he gets considering the 50 watts!
