[HCDX]: Radio Nederland via Ascension

ASCENSION IS 15315 Radio Nederland via Ascension. 2132-2147. Male 
with world news, sports - football, announcement about the use of 
DTK, BBC, and Flevo while repairs are underway in Bonaire, and a 
magazine program by a female announcer.  The first item was about the 
Internet and "world on-line."  All in Dutch.  Audio was slightly 
delayed from //15155 via Flevo.  15315 - fair and 15155 - good.
