As we are now on the subject of who's relaying who...

This morning (25/04/2000) I heard a Brazilian station on 4875 kHz relaying
Radio Nacional, Brasilia (on 980 kHz) at 0300 with the programme 'Jornal
Nacional'.  (After that 'A Voz da Libertacao' -px)

I reckon this is Radiodifusora Roraima.  But is this the way the things are
developing? Local stations relaying national stations?

Djaci, have you any further information on the matter?

already for some time I hear a Sao Paulo based station on 4885 kHz (acc. to
commercials and other announcements).
This morning I found it // to Radio Bandeirantes (Sao Paulo) 11925 kHz.

There is no other station audible on this frequency (between 0400-0500 UTC).
Exact frequency is 4885.03 kHz.
