[HCDX]: RRI Biak change of frequency?

Tonight (18th) heard Unidentified Indonesian on 6157.73v at 10.27 
until obliterated by VOA and R Fides on 6160 and 6155 respectively at 
about 10.52. Frequent mention of "Irian Jaya" which is strange if 
they have changed official name to Papua. They played pops then news 
in BI at 10.31 and switched to "Jakarta " at 10.38. Suspect Biak, 
nothing down at 6153 or thereabouts but must be tentative since no 
firm "Biak" heard.

Perhaps someone can ID in due course.
