I've heard Radio Comas in Peru on 3251 recently after R. Luz y Vida in
Honduras has signed off, but that was after 0400. Before then, the Honduran
QRMs the Peruvian. Since you said 3252v, it might be Comas.

R. Andina in Peru is most likely your station on 4995v (although I have
heard another Peruvian, R. Ancash as high as 4992.3 in February).
