Dimitri,

I also received a no data QSL, almost 1 year after sending my report,
and 3 months after my last follow--up.  Although we all would like a
f/d card, QSLs are becoming quite scarce these days, so I'll take a n/d
card over no QSL any day.  In the past there were QSLs with details,
but it seems that most of the ones recently from the Director, Dilruba
Begum, are of the no-data type.
