You must be counting radio countries with a question like that :). 
According to PWBR, RAI via Caltanissetta (Sicily) is on the air between
0500 and 2300 UTC on 6060 kHz.  I was able to log them between 2200 and
2300.  My QSL wasn't easy to get.  Although I wrote to Caltanissetta
directly, I also wrote to Rome.  Ultimately, my QSL came from:

RAI
Vice Direzione Generale
Per La Produzione e la Diffuione
Qualita Technica e "Customer Satisfaction"
Via Teulada 66
00195 Rome
ITALY
