 Hello Richard and Hardcore Group: Great to hear from you! In this case I 
don't know how CRTV could legitimately verify a 15 year old reception 
report! But, from personal experience I have seen first hand the records of 
some broadcasters, I was in Africa in the mid 80's I visited several 
stations. Radio Lesotho comes to mind. I was introduced to the QSL 
secretary, in her office she allowed me to look through the records. I saw 
very extensive details on program content, reception reports and issued 
QSLs. In the file of reception reports I noticed a long standing unanswered 
report from a Ontario Canada DXer, I asked her politely if she could check 
this report. Carefully, she did and I watched her type up the QSL (I even 
took a photo). CFVP Calgary Canada actually has a logbook dating back many 
years with program details, reports and QSLs in their Engineering shop. As 
does the CKNX 6130. I am just happy to get a QSL!!! Yes, Richard I do feel 
part of their "Public Fund Raising Event", along with a few other stations!
