[HCDX]: Looking for Mr. Kato from Japan

Some time ago I have got a letter from the Sudanese Radio. Unfortunately  in the envelope was a QSL letter for  Mr. Kato in Japan. I guess Mr. Kato received my QSL letter. So I am looking for the address of Mr. Kato. Can anyone help me in finding out how to contact this Japanese DXer?
