Basically, it says that attached is a reply from the Miskolc regional
station of Magyar Radio.  Probably the attachment is your QSL letter. 
I translated one of these for a German DXer, and indeed it was a
cordial QSL letter.

PS - I suggest you save the attachment and use a text editor to read
the file.
