For the first time this year, trans polar conditions are occurring in the North East US as early as 1200 UT just after daylight on 21 Mhz band,
broadcasters are constantly adding channels here, last year I started my own list of channels which is outdated now,
 I wonder if there is a more concurrent list which is ITU co-ordinated up to the day, etc.
You know its springtime when these conditions are occurring.
