Yes, last night I did some >>carrier-DXing<<: and there really was one on 
15725 kHz around 2100 UTC. But by far too weak for getting anything out of 
it. But I will keep on trying. This somehow reminds me of inactive 15675 
Radio Copán Internacional from Honduras several years ago: after many days of 
trying without luck they suddenly put quite a nice signal into Europe.
