I've listened to the ID a couple of times and thought I could hear the word "shariah/shariat" in there, although the wording of the ID does seem quite different to the old one. However, reception was poor so I could not confirm this either one way or another. 

Incidentally, the jamming is probably not aimed at Kabul, but at Iranian clandestine Voice of the Mojahed which hangs around in that part of the band.
