[HCDX]: Sharia vs. Takhar

May be it´s obvious for most of us, but the recent move of Kabul based Voice 
of Sharia to v7002 kHz might be connected to the activities of opposition 
voice Radio Takhar on v7000 kHz. So, take care when trying to identify which 
of the Afghan voices you actually hear ;-) As it seems, Kabul authorities 
take Radio Takhar quite serious.
