You list of missing PNGs matches the holes in the PNGs I am hearing on the
Northwest Coast of the USA. I appreciate the check. 3290 was supposed to be
reactivitated as early as Feb 2, but I've not heard it either.

And yes there was a typo. R Western IS 3305 not 3205 which is of course
SanDaun.

And the 5985 frequency was reported in NASWA bulletin (Jan) as a PNG/Karai
service frequency - Haven't heard it myself. This would be a reactivation of
another frequency not used for over a decade(?).

During a December DXpedition Guy Atkins and I heard 6020 with reports of "R
Bougainville" as the ID. (which was a frequency not used for over a
decade?). Further listening revealed it was R Australia with a program on
the Rabual area, with programming directed at PNG. (In Pidgin).
