It was Radio-1 (Radio One) - former Russian nation-wide network. Their 1305
kHz is from Moscow-based tx, schedule: 0400-2100 UTC (150 kW? 300 kW?). By
the way, Radio-1 left in December well-known LW freqs 171 and 234 kHz and
therefore their 1305 kHz is a single LW/MW freq in the European part of
Russia (but Belorussian tx on 171 kHz is still in use)...

an ID as:
Radio Stantsy Agil or Adil - popmusic and talk - Where is the QTH - In
