[HCDX]: Talkradio, Germany

I had a couple of times been listening to a comming local german
commercial station testing on 999 kHz (Hoyerswerda, Saxony).

The station name announced is "Talkradio".

I know there is a media company called Talkradio GmbH with
headquater in Kiel. 

Anyone living in the northern part of Germany, who can help
with an address? other info?
