[HCDX]: Urdu language problem

Hi,

After my Hungarian language problem I now have some queries with a short note 
probably written in Urdu - received from Zahedan/Iran for a direct report. 
They sent a lot of Islamic info and just a short photocopied note. However, I 
doubt that it is something like a QSL. But one never knows....

So, is there anybody who can help me with a translation?
