...just a final spin over the band and, where I would have expected
'Ecos' I found:

CHINA 4980 Xinjiang PBS 0005-0030, Mongolian, beautiful Mongolian
nomad-folk songs accompanied by a 'Phiwang' (a 4-string instrument of
Tibetan origin), then into talk by male presenter, fairly loud signal on
clear frequency. I suppose 'Ecos del Torbes' is off due to flood damage
