[HCDX]: New year celebrations

SW listeners have an excellent opportinity to have lots of fun (= get real
drunk) on Dec 31st / Jan 1st by tuning into SW stations around the globe
and celebrating the change from 1999 to year 2000 again and again.

Starting with Radio New Zealand Int'l at 1100 UTC (6105 kHz),  Radio
Australia at 1300 UTC, NHK Radio Japan at 1500 UTC etc.

Has anyone out there prepared a detailed list of:

	1) At what time UTC will the change from 1999 to 2000 take place in
countries with short wave activity 

	2) Which frequencies may be received in Europe and elsewhere - Home
Service stations preferred ...

I will consider buying a good stock of champagne for the celebrations .....
