I noticed them about 1300 UTC on 12171 -- not 12172.  Are they moving
on up slowly or what?

I also notice @GTG 6890 getting a whole lot of noise from 0400-0500,
but not before or after.  It sounds like a key grinder, but not
quite as harsh.
