While Qatar was not heard yesterday (DEC 19) during its scheduled 1700-2130 
block on 11655, it was definitely there today at 1830 check, mixing with RN 
as it was a month or so ago, and is still going strong at 2145 today (DEC 
20).  So I'll presume that was what I heard over the weekend, running late 
for Ramadan.
