[HCDX]: Hungarian language problem

Hi,

Is there anybody who is able to translate a letter written in Hungarian?
As a reply to a reception report to regional station Miskolc I received a 
reply in Hungarian, of which I would like to know if it is a QSL. So your 
help would be appreciated.
