this was logged in DX Clusive 794 (16.11.99) as:
1584 23.10 0633- Unid, IDing as "Radio Popular", the language sounds like Romanian.
What this could be?
This was logged by Jim Solatie (JMS) in Espoo, Finland.
Maybe he knows more about this?
