SV: [HCDX]: Unid LA broadcaster on 5000

Listening to the RA clip I find what appears to be a time check at 6´20",
possibly ending in "37 minutos", precisely as the Observatorio Cagigal
annct goes. The annct sounds very much like that of an ordinary Venezuelan
AM or FM station. I would need more anncts (spoken word) in order to
elaborate.
