We had a fellow NASWA member who has since passed that had the same problem
you are having.  He did a write up in the journal some years back.  Turned
out to be a bad filter cap which he paid for and installed fixing the
problem and the farmer was not up set.  He was a bit of a politician with
the guy, however.  I am guessing if you are using the ANC 4 that you have a
sizable external antenna running to it. I have never tried blanking out an
electric fence as is not a continous noise, it may not be too easy to do.
