Caught a news broadcast from Port Moresby this a.m. that stated R. New
Britain is down and off the air due to a 6.2 earth quake.  Had been up
running for a couple of weeks after repairs but down once again.  No word in
the news broadcast when they expect to be back up.  4890 very good this a.m.
for the first time in several weeks.
