Hi all,

BURKINA FASO 4815 RTV Burkina 0540-0557, French, local music and talk,
sounded like a phone-in, s/off at 0555, carrier off air at 0557, rather
weak with slow fading, 23322 (Roth Nov 20)

MALI 4835 RTV Malienne 0558-0620, French, ID on the hour 'Ici RTV
Malienne', short music bridge, then again 'Ici Bamako, bon jour', then
right into local music, fair signal, 34433 (Roth Nov 20)

TOGO 5047 Usually Radiodiffusion Togolaise is one of the African stations
that comes in real strong here in the mornings. Today at 0630 I found only
a weak het and not the slightest trace of language or music. Funny that,
only a few days ago they were OK. Does anyone know anything ??? Transmitter
failure, output power reduction, new schedule ??? (Roth Nov 20)
