Hello, Mathias, and the list.


Our fellow DXers in Argentina say that these feeders are run by the ARG gov't for their armed
forces abroad.  Even the stations being re-broadcast didn't know this was happening...

For instance, 15820 is carrying two stations at the same time, one in USB and the other one in LSB
mode...
Our friends in Argentina could shed more light on this subject.
