[HCDX]: Radiostantsiya Chechnya Svoboda

Today I heard a station identifing as "Radiostantsiya Chechnya Svoboda" on
17665 kHz at 1100 UTC.

Could anybody let me have some more information about this station such as
transmitter site etc.
