[HCDX]: VoR on 1494 khz

Hi,

There is a request from TWR to monitor the frequency of 1494 khz in 
 the Baltic states (particularly in Lithuania) at 21.00-22.00 local time.
Currently the VoR English sce is using this channel. Please e-mail me,
what the signal quality of VoR at this time. Thank you in advance !
