 Sorry to say this, but when I have tried some stations in the past,  
only Mashad sent back a local reply. Someone was lucky enough to get a  
response from Zahedan. Both these are on shortwave with own programmes  
for the adjacent regions. The addresses are easy enough:
the Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran  (IRIB), xx Centre.
