[HCDX]: Latvian regionals?

Friends,

After having had to park my radios virtually un-used for the last 3 1/2
years due to extreme local noise, I am pleased to announce that I should
now be able to be back in the game again.

The reason for the noise by the way was a potential fire risk left over
by the former owner, a lamp in the roof had defect coils.

Actually I still have earthing problems, living on very rocky ground,
which also leads to quite a bit of noise on LW and on the lower MW, but
hope to fix that as well.

The antennas also need a look-over.

So I have "fired", hi, up the receivers again, both my Hammarlund SP-600
JX-21 and the Drake SPR-4.

Latvian regionals?

1350 kHz this morning noted two signals+unid on this frequency of which
TWO seemed to be in Latvian lingo, when tuning in at 0703. One having
obviously some political content. After 0710 only one program. At 0715
another stn came up under this w rock mx. Anyone with knowledge abt
Latvia?
