[HCDX]: 591 kHz Identified

Thanks for several replies I received. It is, indeed, Cuba.
I got an ID at 0305 UTC, but I was unable to get back to my
ISP at that time to send a follow-up message. The program
source was not one of the usual Cubans. It's was the "Radio
Musical Nacional" station listed in the WRTH. I don't
recall hearing that one before. That's what threw me off.
I've never associated opera music with Cuban radio... In
fact, I like the music they usually play much better.
