Clandestine Voice of the People (Inmin-e Sori Bangsong), in Korean
0900-2100 //3912. I first heard this on May 5, 1999, and as I checked the
web site of the Japanese DX group Asian Broadcasting Institute, it had
already been reported by Toru Yamashita who heard it UTC May 3.
