Sure that it's not "AVR"? There are canadian stations from Nova Scotia
with a country-format IDing as AVR. Don't know, if one of those on 1450
is carrying AVR, but it would be another possibility. For example CKAD
1350 IDs as AVR. Perhaps CFAB 1450 too?
