At least the odd time of reception must be connected with the elections.
The next day I heard this fq among others (819, 621 very strong) carrying
elections programmes with of course no local IDs! WRTH gives contradictory
info (again) in the country section 10 + 20 kW, maybe that was just enough
to carry the signal to you?
