[HCDX]: Updated DXing with Cumbre schedule



Hi, everyone!  We have one new transmission via WHRA, 
while one via KHWR Angel 4 has been dropped, according to
Joe Brashier of World Harvest Radio.
 
Frequencies are in kHz; times are UTC.
Programs are approximately 30 minutes long.
