[HCDX]: TA signs on west coast North America

1314 kHz is showing a carrier this evening, 26 Sept, 0424 UTC, likely the
big Norwegian and the most likely TA here in western Canada.

This may not be the first time this season; I was just checking my signal
strength recordings for the last week, and saw definite signs of life about
0430 UT on Sept 20.  Didn't have the radio on then however...
